1108 at Burg Geibichenstein Hochschule fur Kunst The students of the Burg Giebichenstein Hochschule fur Kunst und Design, where Professor Michael Rodemer has been teaching a workshop on the EZI/O interface board this week, have welcomed & hosted us with exceptional warmth, putting us up in thier apartments all week.

The classroom took on the particular chaotic vibrancy existing in Professor Rodemer's UofM classroom, enderaingly known as "1108". It has become apparent that 1108 is much more than the mere physical space in Ann Arbor that it presumed to be. Those of us who know the place may able to agree that 1108 is actually a particular texture-- energies navigate through a discursive confluence of creative drive and techno-chaotic whiplash, soldering guns in holsters, fomulating concrete pathways between "real" & digital worlds.
